Piedmont Garlic Dip

Ingredients
 

4 oz butter
8 tbsp olive oil
4 oz garlic, finely sliced
4 oz anchovy fillets, preferably salted,, but canned will do
1 ground black pepper

Preparation
 
Melt butter and olive oil together in a pan and add garlic. Chop up
anchovies and add to pan. Cook over a low heat for about 10 to 15
minutes, stirring it occasionally so you end up with a wonderfully
fishy, garlicky sauce. Season to taste.

Pineapple Walnut Dip

Piperies Orektiko Pepper Salad Appetizer
Bake peppers in hot 450 F oven for about 20 minutes or until wilted and soft. Remove seeds and outer skin. Cut in pieces and place in a bowl. Add onion, salt and pepper. Mix vinegar and olive oil and add to peppers. Sprinkle with oregano. Adjust seasonings if necessary. Serv (Upload by user)
