Light Sour Cream Dip

Ingredients
 

1 cup 1% low-fat cottage cheese
2 tbsp buttermilk
1 1/2 tsp lemon juice, fresh squezzed or more to

In a blender, place cottage cheese, buttermilk and lemon juice. Blend
