Horseradish Cream Cheese Spread


8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
1/4 cup fresh chives, finely chopped
2 tbsp buttermilk
1/2 cup horseradish, grated and drained

Mash all ingredients together until well combined, using just enough
buttermilk to get the desired consistency.

Hot Mushroom Bacon Spread
