Tofu Milk

Ingredients
 

4 oz tofu
1/2 to 2/3 c water
2 tsp maple syrup

Preparation
 
Combine all ingredients in blender and puree until smooth. Use the
lesser amount of water for a light cream consistency, the full amount
for milk.

Makes about 1 cup per "serving."

Tofu Provencal
