Tofu Peanut Sauce

Ingredients
 

1/4 cup peanut butter
14 oz tofu
1 cup ; water or unseasoned veggi
1 garlic clove (or more)
3 tbsp tamari
1 pinch cayenne or your favorite hot sauce, (optional)

Preparation
 
In a blender or food processor, blend together all the ingredients
untilsmooth and creamy. If the sauce is too thick, add a little extra
water.

Pour the sauce into a skillet or saucepan and stir over mediumheat
until it is thoroughly heated.

Serve over grains such as buckwheat, millet, or rice, or over pasta.
