Harvest Rice

Ingredients
 

3 tbsp vegetable oil
1 cup thinly sliced carrots
1 cup sliced green onions - including top, s
2 cup cooked brown rice
1/2 cup seedless raisins
1 tbsp sesame seed
1/2 tsp salt

Preparation
 
Cook carrots in oil in large skillet over medium-high heat until
tender crisp. Add onions and apples; cook 5 minutes. Stir in rice,
raisins, sesame seed, and salt. Cook, stirring until thoroughly
heated.
