Gazpacho Trappler

Ingredients
 

4 cup cold tomato juice
1 small onion, minced
2 cup freshly chopped tomatoes
1 cup green pepper, minced
1 tsp honey (optioinal)
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 cucumber, diced
2 scallions, chopped
1 juice from 1/2 lime and 1/2
1 lemon
2 tbsp wine vinegar
1 tsp both tarragon and basil
1 (fresh)
1 dash cumin
1/4 cup fresh parsley, minced
1 dash hot sauce
2 tbsp olive oil
1 salt/pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients and puree if desired. Chill for 2 hours.
