Turkey Mushroom Burgers Fbfj97a

Ingredients
 

1 each egg white, (about 2 tbsp)
1/4 cup white wine, dry
1/3 cup soft french bread crumbs
1/4 tsp salt
1 lb ground turkey (breast best)
1/8 tsp pepper
1/4 cup shallots, finely chopped
2 oz mushrooms, finely chopped
1/2 cooking spray

Preparation
 
In medium size bowl, beat egg white and wine until blended. Stir
in crumbs, salt, pepperm and shallots; then lightly mix in turkey and
mushrooms. Shape turkey mixture into 6 patties, each about 1/2 inch
thick. Cook just like hamburgers either on the stovetop using
non-stick spray on pan or on the grill (best!).
