1 basic masa dough recipe
18 corn husks or parchment papers

1 cup jam, fruit-sweetened
1 cup peanut butter, unsweetened

To make filling:

Mix jam and peanut butter.

Fill and cook tamales according to "Tamales: Basic Procedure."
