Chili Peanuts

Ingredients
 

2 cup raw peanuts
2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin, ground
3 small dried hot red chiles
1 tbsp salad oil
1 salt

The lively flavors of cumin and chiles make these peanuts
irresistible. To sip alongside, offer ice-cold beer, margaritas, or

until lightly golden (about 15 minutes). Remove from the oven. Add

Chili Powder Mix
