Chili Mole Ole

Ingredients
 

2 lb lean ground beef
2 onions, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 can pinto or kidney beans (15 oz each)
1 can tomato sauce (29 oz)
1 1/4 cup pace picante sauce
1/2 cup water
3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa
2 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp dried oregano, crushed
1 1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp ground cloves
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1/8 tsp allspice
1 green pepper, chopped

Preparation
 
In Dutch oven, brown ground beef with onion and garlic. Add remaining
ingredients, except green pepper, bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover
and simmer 40 minutes. Add green pepper, simmer for 20 more minutes.
