Chili Ala Capt. James Mcdonnell Engine 81

Ingredients
 

1 lb mild italian sausage*
1 lb ground chuck
1 each large yellow onion, diced
2 each large garlic cloves, minced
1 1/2 tbsp chili powder
6 oz can tomato paste
1 1/2 cup water
1 tbsp instant coffee
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp oregano
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp cumin
1 cup dark red kidney beans, drain
1 cup refried beans

Chili Barbecue Sauce

Chili Barbecued Beef
Marinade: Combine cumin, chili powder and cinnamon in small saucepan. Cook over high heat until fragrant, 40 seconds. Whisk in oil, lime juice, vinegar, molasses, oregano and garlic. Pour marinade over meat in shallow dish, turning to coat. Cover and refrigerate 4 hours or overn (Upload by user)

Chili Basted Barbecue Chicken
