Chili Spicy Pork

Ingredients
 

1 lb pork, ground
2 large onions, chopped
4 cl garlic, minced
1 medium pepper, sweet red; chopped
1 medium pepper, green; chopped
1 cup celery, chopped
2 can tomatoes, diced; with liquid 14 1/
1 can beans, kidney; drained and rins
1 can tomato paste, 6 oz.can
3/4 cup water
2 tsp sugar, brown
1 tsp oregano, dried
1 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes, dried
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1 dash hot pepper sauce

Preparation
 
In a Dutch oven, brown pork and onions until pork is no longer pink;
drain. Stir in the garlic, peppers and celery. Cook for 5 minutes. Add
remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. reduce heat; cover and simmer
for 45 minutes. Makes about 2 1/2 quarts.
