Mexican Rub

Rub this on chicken, ribs or fish before grilling.1/4 cup chile powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon ground cumin
2 teaspoons salt
1 1/2 teaspoons Mexican oregano
1 teaspoon garlic powder
