Herbed Stew
3 pounds stew meat1/2 cup all-purpose flour
Salt and pepper
2 tablespoons butter
2 onions
1 1/2 cups Mr. & Mrs. "T"� Bloody Mary Mix
1 1/2 cups water
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 clove garlic
1/2 teaspoon rosemary
1/2 teaspoon oregano
2 cups fresh mushroomsPlace flour and seasoning in plastic bag. Add cubed meat and shake well until coated. Brown meat in butter. Chop onions into large pieces and add to meat. Add remaining ingredients except mushrooms. Cover and simmer 2 hours over low heat. DO NOT BOIL.After 2 hours, add mushrooms whole. Simmer a further 30 minutes.Serves 6.
