Peanut Butter Brown Betty

4 large apples, cored, peeled and sliced
1/2 cup raisins
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup peanut butter
4 cups soft bread crumbsMix together apple slices, raisins, cinnamon, sugar and lemon juice. Put the apple mixture into a 2-quart baking dish.Melt butter in a skillet. Stir in brown sugar and peanut butter. Stir in bread crumbs. Sprinkle the mixture over apples. Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes.Makes 6 servings.
