Ingredients
 

1/4 cup dijon mustard
1/4 cup honey
1 each garlic clove, minced
1/4 tsp ground ginger
4 each large lamb shoulder chops

Mix together first 5 ingredients. Trim excess fat from chops; place
chops on grill. Generously spread chops with half of spice mixture
and baste during grilling.
