Beef Cabbage Rolls Clay Cooker

Ingredients
 

3/4 lb lean ground beef
1/8 lb salt pork, ground
1 cup rice, cooked
1 each egg, beaten
1/2 tsp salt, pepper
10 each large cabbage leaves
1/4 cup consomme
2 tbsp melted butter

Preparation
 
Soak lid of glazed clay cooker. In a bowl mix well all ingredients.
Put into clay cooker. Cover and place in cold oven. Turn temperature
