Basting Sauce For Roast

Ingredients
 

12 lb chuck or arm roast
2 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp garlic salt
2 tsp onion salt
2 tsp celery salt
2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp kitchen bouquet

Preparation
 
Place unseasoned Roast in Roaster with 1 inch water. Cover and cook
3-4 hours depending on sixe of roast. Add sauce and baste. Continue
to cook covered til tender. Thicken liquid with flour.
