Bran Muffins Lacto

Ingredients
 

1 1/2 cup stoneground wholemeal sr
1 flour
1/2 cup non-fat youghurt, sugar
1 free
1/4 cup unprocessed bran
1 cup natural sultanas or raisins
1/4 cup skim milk powder
1 egg white or substitute
1/2 cup unsweetened apple or grape
1 juice

Preparation
 
Preheat oven to 180 C or 375 F. Combine all ingredients until the
mixture resembles cake consistency. Place spoonfulls into non-stick
muffins tins (or use spray oil substitute). Bake in the oven for 15
to 20 minutes until brown.
