Three Beans In A Salad

Ingredients
 


INGREDIENTS

2/3 cup pinto beans, cooked drained
2/3 cup garbanzo bns, cooked,drained
1 1/2 cup green beans, sliced, steamed
1/2 cup celery, diced
1/4 cup red onion, diced
1/4 cup pimentos, diced
1/4 cup parsley, chopped
2 tbsp natural rice vinegar
1 tbsp lemon juice
4 tsp olive oil
1/4 tsp each salt
1 freshly ground pepper
1 lettuce leaves

Preparation
 
1. In salad bowl combine all ingredients, except lettuce. Chill

2. Serve on lettuce leaves.

Slice tomatoes crosswise into 1/2 inch thick slices, 4 slices per tomato. Arrange 2 3 slices on each salad plate. Sprinkle the mossarella on top each tomoato. Cut fresh basil leaves into strips and top each tomato with basil. Drizzle olive oil over the tops and add a dash of pep (Upload by user)

Tomato Sauce Finsand

Tuna Cheese Salad
