Chicken Ham Soup

Ingredients
 

1 chicken breast fillet skinned and s, liced thinly
2 medium courgettes
1 1/2 oz mushrooms
1 1/2 oz ham chopped
2 onions chopped
3/4 pt chicken stock made with liquid conc, entrate.
2 tsp light soy sauce
1 tsp corn flour.

Preparation
 
Place chicken courgettes, mushrooms ham onions and stock in a pan.
Bring to the boil. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 5 minutes.
Blend soy sauce with the corn flour and add to the pan stirring
constantly until the soup thickens.

Serve immediately.
