Orange Baked Chicken Breasts

5 half chicken breasts, skinned
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1/4 tsp dried rosemary, crushed
1/2 tsp paprika
1/8 tsp pepper
2 tbsp flour
2 cup orange juice
