Kay s Dressing Poppy Seed Dressing

Ingredients
 


KAY S DRESSING

1/2 cup water
1/2 cup white vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/8 tsp ground pepper, fresh
1/16 tsp paprika
1 sugar substitute equivalent
1 to 4 teaspoons sugar

POPPY SEED DRESSING

1/2 cup cider vinegar
1 tbsp poppy seed
1 omit paprika

Preparation
 
Combine all ingredients in a pint jar and cover
tightly. Shake vigorously and store in refrigerator.
Shake before using. Food Exchange per serving: THIS IS

Low-sodium diets: Omit salt

Variation Poppy Seed Dressing. Follow recipe for Kay s
dressing(above), but use cider vinegar in place of
white vinegar, omit paprika, poppy seeds. Delicious
