Cream Pancakes

1 cup sifted flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
1 egg
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup milkSift dry ingredients together. Beat egg, cream and milk together. Add to dry ingredients and mix to make a smooth batter. Drop batter from tip of spoon onto hot griddle. Bake about 3minutes on each side.
