Garden Harvest Chili

Ingredients
 

2 tbsp cooking oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 med. sweet red pepper, chopped
1 med. green pepper, chopped
1 1/2 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1 28 oz can whole tomatoes, cut-up, u, ndrained
1 15 oz can tomato sauce
2 tbsp chili powder
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp ground cumin
1 16 oz can kidney beans, rinsed and, drained
2 cup sliced zucchini
1 10 oz package frozen sweet corn, de, frosted
1 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded (6 oz) (op, tional)
