High on the Hog Cheese Dip
8 ounces cream cheese2 cups shredded cheese
1/2 cup half-and-half
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon minced onion
1 tablespoon garlic salt
8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
