Garbanzo Nut Olive Marinara on Pan Fried Tofu
Spray a small skillet with cooking oil and heat on high.
Saut onions and garlic until tender, spraying with more oil

Avocado Bean Dip
Cut avocados and tomatoes in cubes and
place in a large bowl, add the rest of
the ingredients and serve with corn
chips.
You can make burritos out of this and
add some vegan tofu sour cream.
